Where is Lot C Located?

Conveniently located in Kaka’ako just behind Sandbox.

How do I get to the Ma’alaea Boat Harbor parking lot?

Lot C parking facilities can be accessed via Ilalo Street.  There are no gates, so you can drive in at any time, but please be aware of the time restrictions and limits on certain stalls.

What are the different types of stalls and when are they available?

All stall types are identified by official site signage. 

Paid and permit stalls are available Monday through Sunday, 4 AM through 10 PM.

How much does it cost to park in Lot C?

If paying by hour, paid stalls marked by onsite signage are $1/hour with a 18-hour max stay.

Public permits are available restricted to the hours of operation.

How do I pay?

For paid parking, head to any one of our conveniently located signs immediately after parking and pay using the QR code on the appropriate signage. Cash not accepted.

For permit parking, you can purchase through our website.

Can I be towed?

Yes, patron’s not following the parking rules, officially posted signage, or pavements markings can be towed. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed and held at owners’ expense.

What permits are available?

Public Permit is available for $150/month and can be purchased on our website. 

Where do I place my sticker?

The window static cling issued by Secure Parking Hawaii should be installed on the top corner interior of your windshield facing outward.

Is the parking operator responsible for towing?

No, the parking contractor is not responsible for towing. All unauthorized vehicles will be towed at vehicle owners expense in accordance with Hawai’i Administrative rules §13-233-8.

I have a disabled parking placard; do I need to pay?

All disabled parking placards are required to pay for parking except for the GREEN Disabled Paid Parking Exemption Permit, issued only by the State of Hawaii. These particular permits are conditionally exempt from paying fees, ONLY for the first 2.5 hours.

 

All disabled placards give patron’s the right to reserved accessible parking stalls throughout the Ma’alaea Boat Harbor.
