FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What do I do if the gate does not open?
If you are a monthly parker, this sites site uses license plate recognition, your license plate must first be registered to your account and be clearly visible on the front of your vehicle. If you continue to experience issues, please give us a call at 1-808-517-1311.
If visiting the lot please be sure to insert your ticket with the barcode facing upward. If further assistance is needed, you can use the intercom button on the exit kiosk and speak with one of our friendly agents to further assist you.
What do I do if I lost my ticket?
If you have lost your ticket you will need to pay the lost ticket fee of $32.00 upon exit.
What if I can't get though to an agent using the intercom?
We are always here to help but if for any reason you are not connected using the intercom on the kiosk please call our main line at 1-808-517-1311.
