How do I pay for parking?

1. Scan the QR Code: Find the QR code in your designated parking area. Use your phone’s camera to read the QR code. Open to the link to complete your parking session.
2. Enter Parking Details: Enter the details of your parking session, such as the duration of your stay, contact information, and your vehicle license plate number.
3. Review and Confirm: Review the details of your parking transaction to ensure accuracy. Confirm the payment, and enter your billing infomation.
How can I extend my time?
If you are using the parkwhiz mobile app, you can extend you time anytime before your current session has expired. If your time has already expired simply scan the QR code again or visit www.secureparkinghi.com/payhc.
If you do not have a parkwhiz account you will not be able to extend your time. A new purchase will need to be completed just before your expiry time. All parking sessions start from the time of purchase.
Do you offer monthly parking?
Yes, we currently are offering an overnight monthly parking permit. Parking hours are limited to the hours of 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
I have an overnight monthly parking permit and will be exiting the lot after 7:00 AM, do I need to pay hourly?
Yes, thoes with a monthly overnight parking permit with need to pay all hourly rates in advance for the hours parked between 7:00 am until 5:00 pm. Payment can be made by scanning the QR code on site or visiting www.secureparkinghi.com/payhc
