Parking Rules for 1032 Fort Street

 

1. Public Parking

Availability:
Public parking is available from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. These hours are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Maximum Stay:
Vehicles may not remain parked for more than 12 hours.

Overnight Parking:
Overnight parking is not allowed.

Payment:
All parking fees must be paid before exiting. Payment must be made using the pay stations provided. Cash is not accepted.

Note:
The Landlord, Managing Agent, or Parking Operator reserves the right to change rates, amend the rules, or discontinue parking agreements at any time without notice.

2. Monthly Parking Permits

Availability:
Monthly parking is available from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.

Maximum Stay:
Vehicles may remain parked for up to 24 hours at a time.

Overnight Parking:
Overnight parking is permitted.

Payment:
Monthly parking charges will be billed by Secure Parking Hawaii. Monthly parking permits must be paid in advance and are not prorated.

Permit Type:
Parkers will be issued an access card.

Display of Permit:
Display of the permit is not required.

Transfer of Permit:
Monthly permits are non-transferable.

Fees:
Access Card Activation: $25
Replacement access cards cost $15

Restrictions:
The permit holder is allowed to park one automobile.

Permit Violations:
Parking permits will be revoked for non-compliance with permit rules. No refunds or credits will be given for any unexpired month.

Refunds:
Monthly permits are non-refundable for any current month after 24 hours from purchase. No credits or substitutions will be given.

Cancellation:
Permits may be cancelled at any time, with a credit or refund provided for any unexpired months.

Permit Rules:
It is a violation to:

Alter, forge, counterfeit, or imitate a parking hang tag.
Possess or use a parking hang tag, knowing it to have been altered, forged, counterfeited, or imitated.
Avoid compliance or attempt to avoid compliance by using an unauthorized hang tag.

3. General Parking Rules

All vehicles must have valid registration and safety checks.
Vehicles must not be operated in a careless or negligent manner.
Drivers should be alert to pedestrian traffic within the parking facility.
Parkers must follow all official signage and pavement markings unless directed otherwise by a police officer.
Vehicles must be parked within designated stalls. Vehicles occupying multiple stalls or non-designated areas, or which create safety and traffic hazards are subject to impoundment and/or towing at owner’s/driver’s expense.
Reserved Stalls: Stalls designated with a company or individual name are reserved 24 hours a day. Unauthorized vehicles are
subject to impoundment or towing at the owner’s expense. The impound fee is the current maximum all-day rate.
Obey posted speed limits.
Do not stop or park in front of access points.
No washing, polishing, greasing, or repairing vehicles, except for minor repairs necessary to remove the vehicle.
Park according to officially posted signage.
Pay all applicable fees and charges.
Do not exceed posted parking time limits.
No commercial activity is allowed without a valid permit.
Do not use parked vehicles for storage.
Do not tamper with or damage other vehicles.
Do not tamper with or damage parking equipment.
Follow all official directions and restrictions posted.
Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense to MR TOW at 123 Pu’uhale Road, Honolulu, HI 96819. Contact: +1 (808) 486 4665.
